About Us
Built on Handshakes,
Kept Running on Trust
Bub & Jim's Auto Repair and Towing isn't a franchise, a chain, or a call center dressed up as a garage. We're a local shop on South Van Buren Avenue, and most of our customers live within a few miles of our bay doors.
We know Barberton. We know the potholes on Liberty Avenue, the hills near Cuyahoga Valley, and what Ohio winters do to an older battery. That local knowledge shows up in how we diagnose, repair, and advise — because we're not going anywhere, and neither are you.
When you pull into our lot, you're not a ticket number. You're the person who'll wave at us at the grocery store next week. That's how we run this place: like our own cars were sitting in your driveway.

We tell you what your car actually needs — not what's most profitable to replace today.
02
Transparent Pricing
Clear estimates before we start. No surprise charges, no hidden fees, no fine print.
03
Quality Parts
We use reliable parts from trusted suppliers so the repair holds up — not just until your next visit.
